What will be your key responsibilities?
- Oversee the overall management of the logistics site, including operations, administration, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, plan, monitor, and manage day to day operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and service quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase productivity, and optimize operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, DHL operational standards, and effective operational planning aligned with customer requirements.
- Develop, coach, and support the site leadership team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by reviewing operational performance, discussing budgets, and identifying opportunities for long term business growth.
What are we looking for?
- Experience managing both day to day and long term logistics site operations.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or Site Manager within the logistics industry.
- Proven experience leading managers and operational teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English.
- Clean criminal record.
