Site Manager – Electrical / Power & Energy Projects (Taiwan Contractor)
Summary Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations and supervise site personnel, subcontractors and installation teams.
Oversee project execution from site preparation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
Monitor project progress, work schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and other site resources to support project requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review technical drawings, specifications and engineering documents to ensure work complies with project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, project risks and variations in a timely manner.
Monitor project costs, resource utilisation and work progress to support commercial performance and cost control.
Prepare site reports, progress updates, inspection records and other project documentation for management.
Maintain good client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-up projects and future business.
Support management in project planning, client discussions and other business development activities as required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, power systems, industrial projects or electrical construction.
Proven experience managing site operations, installation works and subcontractors.
Experience in power quality, energy storage, renewable energy or related electrical projects will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
