Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

Position Objective:

Coordinate and oversee all overnight operations within the Fan Zone, ensuring the effective execution of setup, maintenance, replenishment, and corrective works so that all areas are fully prepared, safe, and operational for the daily opening of the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all scheduled overnight activities within assigned Fan Zone areas.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, installation crews, maintenance teams, and support personnel carrying out night-shift operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify the condition and readiness of infrastructure, activations, signage, furniture, hospitality facilities, and public areas.
  • Manage operational incidents and coordinate corrective actions to ensure the functionality and readiness of all event spaces.
  • Oversee maintenance, replenishment, repair, and restoration works performed outside public operating hours.
  • Coordinate access control and the movement of authorized personnel, materials, equipment, and vehicles during overnight operations.
  • Maintain continuous communication with Production, Operations, Security, and area managers to ensure operational continuity and alignment.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures during all overnight activities.
  • Ensure that all overnight works are completed within agreed timelines and according to operational priorities.
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing incidents, completed works, outstanding issues, and priorities for the following day.
  • Ensure an effective operational handover between night-shift and day-shift teams.

Deliverables:

  • Night Shift Operations Reports.
  • Daily inspection and readiness checklists for Fan Zone areas.
  • Incident and corrective action logs.
  • Maintenance, replenishment, and repair tracking reports.
  • Daily handover report outlining completed tasks, outstanding issues, and operational priorities.
  • End-of-event report summarizing overnight operations, key incidents, lessons learned, and recommendations for future events.
