Site Manager - Fort Worth

Assists the Senior Director in overseeing Prestonwood Pregnancy Center – Fort Worth (“PPC–FW”).

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand the reach and impact of PPC–FW
Work with PPC marketing to promote PPC–FW
Oversee recruitment and development of PPC–FW volunteers
Develop best practices to ensure efficient use and stewardship of resources donated for clients
Ensure evangelism is interwoven throughout the client experience
Assist in leading, mentoring, and equipping PPC–FW staff to provide exceptional client care
Ensure adherence to PPC policies and procedures
Onboard staff at PPC–FW
Ensure efficient communication flow throughout PPC–FW departments
Maintain knowledge of all PPC programs
Develop and execute classes to meet the needs of PPC–FW clients
Recognize PPC-FW staff accomplishments
Other duties as assigned
