SITE MANAGER

Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manageand ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned frominception to completion on time and of desired quality.

Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor siteoperation, workers.

Responsible for leading and managing the rebar/formwork teamto ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization'sproject.

Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arisingat site.

Supervision of the siteworks on a day to day basis andissues relating to given project.

Liaise with main contractors and ensure timely completion ofall works according to quality specification and work schedule

Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performancedone by workers

To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers

Shift work and weekend duty is required according toassigned projects hands on for site works such as formwork & rebarpractical

Coaching and training for new worker

Strong safe work awareness

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years relevant experience with similar capacity.

Relevant certificates eg. BCSS, Work-at-height, formworksupervisor, Coretrade, required by MOM to perform job responsibilities.
