Site Manager in Training

As a Site Manager in Training, you'll learn all aspects of our operation, including customer service, sales, team leadership, and site operations. Successful candidates must be willing to learn the business from the ground up before taking full ownership of a site. Through our training program, you'll work alongside experienced leaders to develop the knowledge and skills needed to successfully lead a high-performing team and operate a successful location.

What You’ll Do as a Site Manager:

• Proactively manage site operations and maintain company standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
• Drive membership sales and help team members achieve sales goals
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of management, leadership, or supervisory experience
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Customer service and sales experience
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn a new industry
• Comfortable working on feet and in an outdoor environment

Annual Salary Range: $68,000-$72,000
