- Obtain necessary licenses, clear statutory compliance criteria, and host regulator inspections.
- Order tools and materials from suppliers while tracking deliveries to avoid delays.
- Track project progress against benchmarks.
- Maintain site logs, process change orders, and prepare detailed progress reports.
