Site Manager
The primary job responsibility of the Site Manager would be to successfully manage assigned account or multiple small accounts. Specific responsibilities include work-scheduling, provide direction of all account personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, payroll/budget control, employee performance reviews, problem solving, orientation/training of Account Supervisors and support personnel, customer relations, and special project work as requested.
This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost-effective manner. All PMI/Customer company required training must be passed successfully. Ensure all New Hire/Random/Annual requalification’s/background investigations, including drug and alcohol testing are being conducted. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Control expenses within area of responsibility.
- Analyze quality of operation and take corrective action as needed.
- Oversea account payroll/budget and ensure the account operates within budget.
- Ensure compliance to contract of all special services. Special service requests must be handled within 24 hours or as requested by customer.
- Evaluate and justify supplies, equipment, and purchases, as needed.
- Maintain records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
- Facilitate and supervise functions, along with activities of the department.
- Establish work standards and workflow.
- Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the facility management contract are being satisfied.
- Responsible for hiring and issuing discipline to all employees.
- Ensure compliance of all safety, regulatory and site policies.
- Maintain an environment that is in sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
- Ensure that environmental procedures are being followed.
- Demonstrate and promote PMI culture, values, and management philosophy.
- Proactive in the achievement of the facility goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate quality leadership in meetings with staff/clients.
