Site Manager
The Site Manager is responsible for controlling site delivery and ensuring that the works are planned, coordinated, recorded and delivered safely, to the required quality standard and in line with the agreed programme.
As Site Manager you lead the site team from the front, acting as the key interface between Red Bear and the client's onsite delivery team. You will attend and where required lead site-level meetings such as Daily Whiteboard meetings, DABs, Look Ahead meetings and commissioning (Cx) meetings, and you will coordinate with the logistics team to ensure plant and material requests are issued in good time to support site operations.
Site Managers report operationally to the Snr Project Manager or Project Manager for project delivery, coordination, RAMS, programme and site support. Line management, resource allocation and support run through the Operations Manager. Site Supervisors report to the Site Manager and are managed within the site team

Performance in this role is measured against ten KPIs defined in the Site Manager KPI Handbook, drawn from the role's non-negotiables, responsibilities and governance duties under the Operations Team framework. KPIs are scored monthly on evidence, banded and reviewed at the monthly Operations performance review. The KPI record supports the six-monthly performance appraisal.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site delivery, site coordination, labour planning, labour and plant alignment to programme, lookaheads, quality checks, daily site diaries, site progress, work-front readiness, materials coordination, permit compliance and site-level issue escalation. Resolve operational challenges affecting project delivery at site level, escalating early where resolution is beyond site control. Monitor site progress against project milestones, and identify site-level risks, implementing agreed mitigation measures on site and feeding risks and drop-line input to the Project Manager. Support programme updates, RAMS implementation, as-built information, procurement updates, progress trackers, client and site coordination meetings, commissioning readiness and handover preparation.Accountabilities

Requirements
Experience- At least 3 years in a site management or project leadership role within ICT/Telecoms or Data Centre construction.
- Proven experience managing fibre optic, enterprise ICT/Telecoms infrastructure or other similar ELV projects.
- Experience managing subcontractors on live sites, working within project budgets, and acting as the site-level interface with client delivery teams.
- Proven control of site delivery: labour planning, lookaheads, quality management and site coordination.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, including technical submittals, RAMS and RFIs.
- Strong computer literacy, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
