  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout the construction process.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction workers, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.
  • Review project progress regularly to assess adherence to projected timelines, implementing strategies to expedite work while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and direct the efforts of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and task execution.
  • Conduct daily reviews of work progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality construction standards and the utilization of appropriate construction techniques in accordance with contracts and industry best practices.

HSE Duties:

  • Provide direct leadership and supervision on the construction site, ensuring all work activities are conducted in accordance with the project's HSE plan and local regulations.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Enforce the use of PPE and proper safety procedures by all personnel on site.
  • Respond promptly to any safety incidents or near misses, taking necessary actions to control the situation and prevent further harm.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and other relevant personnel on all HSE matters.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant Major.
  • Certified PMP (Preferrable).

Experience:

  • +15 years of experience.
