Position Profile
The Site Manager is accountable for the daily operations of a small to medium-sized site and manages a small team. This role oversees contracted services, including but not limited to:
- Copy Services
- Courier Services
- Managed Print Services
- Hospitality Services
- Imaging Services
- Mail Services
The Site Manager is responsible for talent assessment, staff career development, performance management activities, and employee counseling with support from assigned leadership.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of a small to medium-sized site while supervising a small team of direct reports.
- Prioritize multiple competing responsibilities and communicate team vision and priorities effectively.
- Foster a positive, supportive work culture that maximizes employee engagement and retention.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Ricoh products and service offerings and identify alternative solutions when appropriate.
- Manage production labor percentages by meeting established labor and quality control targets.
- Improve operational quality through effective implementation and management of Ricoh Service Excellence tools.
- Ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with customers to improve business processes with support from AOM/ESM or NOM leadership.
- Create and maintain a customer-focused environment through regular end-user feedback and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure quality standards are met by achieving audit, deadline, compliance, and operational goals utilizing best practices and available tools.
- Ensure proper staffing by matching employee skills and equipment resources with production demands.
- Motivate employees and recognize accomplishments through Ricoh recognition programs.
- Communicate job expectations clearly and provide training, cross-training, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.
- Identify training needs and support employee growth through Individual Development Plan (IDP) management.
- Evaluate team member performance and provide career development opportunities.
- Maintain daily formal contact with customers and build strong client relationships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements with support from AOM/ESM or NOM leadership.
- Identify service delivery gaps or scope changes and adjust processes and documentation accordingly while maintaining financial accountability.
- Resolve issues related to pricing, order processing, and invoicing through collaboration with the sales department.
- Create and support required site reporting, customer presentations, and business reviews to ensure contractual compliance and value-added reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
- 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360/Office Suite.
Preferred
- 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.

- Must be able to prepare, provide, and communicate a variety of information effectively.
- Physical activity may include extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, and similar activities.
- May be required to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Moderate manual dexterity is required, including regular use of calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and eye-hand coordination.
