Site Manager
$19.28 - $24.00 Per hour
We are seeking a customer-focused Site Manager to oversee onsite business operations and lead a small team supporting a valued client. In this role, you will manage daily service delivery, drive operational excellence, develop employees, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring service levels are consistently exceeded.
What You'll Do- Lead day-to-day operations for a site providing services such as managed print, mail, imaging, courier, hospitality, and document services.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a small team while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
- Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary onsite point of contact.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and operational goals are achieved.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor staffing needs, workflow demands, and resource allocation.
- Support business reviews, operational reporting, and customer presentations.
- Manage performance, employee development plans, training, and recognition programs.
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to resolve service, billing, and operational challenges.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, business services, technical support, or a related customer-facing environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable presenting information to clients and small-to-medium groups.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
