Site Manager
Job Title: Site Manager (Commercial Interior & Office Fit-outs)

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervision
Lead and manage on-site workforce, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure all work adheres to project specifications and health & safety regulations.
Maintain site cleanliness and high safety standards.
2. Scheduling & Coordination
Maintain and monitor detailed project schedules using tools like MS Projects and Asana.
Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials and resource allocation.
3. Quality Control & Budget Monitoring
Track project expenses using Excel or project management software.
Identify and manage cost overruns; propose corrective solutions.
Provide regular financial status updates, highlighting risks.
4. Reporting
Deliver progress reports to the project manager using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Include updates on schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
5. Problem-Solving
Address and resolve or escalate on-site issues related to design, materials, or conditions promptly.
Requirements
BSc/HND in Construction Management, Building, or related field (First Aid certification is a plus).
2–4 years of experience in project/construction management, especially in commercial interiors and office fit-outs.
Experience with reputable construction/design fit-out firms.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding construction processes.
Skilled in tools like Asana, Trello, MS Projects.
Strong communication, creative thinking, and time management skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement with clients, vendors, and teams.
