Site Manager

  • Lead and coordinate overall project execution, ensuring alignment between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with technical drawings, project specifications, quality standards (QC), and safety regulations.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Review project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews, and project meetings to ensure construction quality and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare project progress reports, cost reports, and performance updates for management and stakeholders.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, construction methods, technical drawings, quality control (QC), cost control, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project management documentation.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven with a strong commitment to project quality and efficiency.
