Job Summary

Lead and manage on-site construction operations to ensure timely progress, quality standards, and efficient resource deployment while supervising workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workers and subcontractors to execute on-site construction tasks effectively
• Coordinate manpower and resource scheduling to optimize daily operations and meet project timelines
• Record and analyze daily manpower deployment and productivity to support operational decisions
• Monitor construction progress and enforce quality standards to achieve targeted schedules
• Address and resolve site issues through proactive coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project success

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
