• You own outcomes. Sales, labor, safety, quality, culture — you do not point at the scoreboard. You move it.

• You develop people. The best Site Managers build Assistant Site Managers and Shift Leads who are ready for more.

• You solve problems quickly and communicate clearly. Silence creates confusion. Leadership creates direction.

• You are comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active, outdoor environment and willing to be present where the work happens.

• Prior management experience in car wash, retail, restaurant, service, or field operations preferred. A track record of ownership matters more than a specific industry.
