Job Description:

Job Title: Injection Area Manager

Main responsibilities:

- Develops and implements injection manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations and plant objectives ensuring optimum performance against IPIs.
- Coaches and develops team leaders, to ensure maximum efficiency on shifts.
- Implements continuous improvement plans and activities to maximise the efficiency and development of the Injection Moulding process.
- As a process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management(process review, KPIs management, procedure review, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed & resources provision for process realization)taking into consideration relevant requirements & its evolution.
- 12 IPIs with specific focus on injection area (CNQ, RFT, Moulding Scrap, Standards & Network).
- Taking part in the implementation of the plant progress plan encouraging staff involvement, through the implementation of specific follow-up activities.
- Leading daily production meetings, adjusting the resources according to the changes, implementing and making sure the efficiency of corrective actions.
- Providing appropriate support on new programs development in relation with Program development team.

Skills:
Injection Process, Injection expert, automotive, customer & result oriented, communication and leadership.

Experience: 15-20 Yrs Location: Badhalwadi, Pune.
