Site Merchandising Manager

Artful Home is an online gallery and multichannel retailer connecting art lovers with the work of 1,000+ leading North American artists and designers. Since 1985, we've built a curated collection of fine art, jewelry, furniture, home decor, and wearable art. Each piece selected for quality and originality. We're on a mission to connect artists and designers with people looking for something better than mass-produced, and we're growing our team to help tell that story online.

We're looking for a Site Merchandising Manager to own the online shopping experience and turn great merchandising into real, measurable sales growth.

What you'll do:

• Own our on-site merchandising and storytelling strategy: building and maintaining homepage, collection, interstitial, and PLP banner content, plus Top Nav and Visual Nav
• Optimize product visibility and discoverability, managing ranking algorithms, boosts/buries, and product features
• Lead promotions end-to-end: planning, Shopify scheduling, and launch execution
• Turn site and promo analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) into insights and recurring reports for stakeholders
• Keep product data clean and aligned across Merchandising, Planning & Inventory, Leadership, CRM, and agency partners

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–5+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools
• Familiarity with CMS/search platforms and Shopify
• Sharp analytical skills and comfort juggling multiple projects at once
