Site/Operation Manager-Jianping

Responsibilities

1. Operation management
   1. Ensure stable product supply of quality and volume, p-OTIF > 98%.
   2. Manages and optimizes performance and utilization of production unit as cost & capacity, process.
   3. Maintain site infrastructure and equipment and control maintenance spending according to yearly budget
   4. Inventory control of raw materials, intermedia, spare parts, consumables, FGs and packaging material.
2. Site service activities
   1. Develop local site according to BU strategy and requirement of regional management.
   2. Proposes yearly investment plan and monitors CAPEX implementation and cost.
   3. Maintain site permits according to local regulation
   4. Maintain good relationship with local communities and neighbourhood
3. Safety & Improvement
   1. Execute Clariant ESHA standard, improve site safety and Product Safety standards.
   2. Continuously improve operational excellence for production.
   3. Sustainability improvement follow the defined target
4. People and organization management.
   1. Manage, motivate, and develop employees in the local operation team.
   2. Effectively manages succession planning within area of responsibility.
5. Legal Responsibility
   1. Ensure site compliance with local legislation and corporate policy for all Clariant units.
   2. Secure all ESHA matters in line with corporate policies and local legislation
