Summary

Oversee construction projects in Singapore, ensuring quality, safety, and progress while coordinating with teams and authorities.

Report to project director, planning and ensuring the achieve the project good quality, progress, cost, safety and environmental control.
Coordination with consultants and the sub-contractors for technical, quality and progress.
Preparation of monthly and weekly progress report and keep good records of site photos, documents & correspondences and samples.
Liaise with the authorities’ inspection team and neighbours to achieve a safe and friendly working environment.
Candidate possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or construction relevant.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry.
Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft, AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
Able to read drawings, write and speak in English.
Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels.
Customer-orientated.
