We’re hiring: Site Reliability Engineer - Azure | Terraform | DevOps

Lisbon, Hybrid

Long-term consulting mission

International environment, working closely with teams in France

About the mission

Join the team that runs the Enterprise Cloud platform of a global industrial leader. Your goal is to make infrastructure and data-platform deployments faster, more reliable and more secure, using DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code and full automation.

Note: This is not a Level 1 support role. It’s a hands-on engineering position: you’ll automate end to end, solve complex Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, and build security into everything you deliver, working in an Agile way.

What you’ll do

  • Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform
  • Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions and Git
  • Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents using Datadog and Azure Monitor
  • Fully automate complex standard requests: cloud accounts, service principals, SSL certificate renewals
  • Support and improve automations for data and analytics services
  • Continuously improve reliability, performance and security

Must have

  • 3-6 years of experience, including 4-5 years hands-on with Azure (Storage Accounts, Data Factory or Synapse, SQL Database, Azure Machine Learning, Cost Management)
  • Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
  • Strong CI/CD and Git: Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos) and/or GitHub Actions
  • Strong incident response and monitoring (Datadog, Azure Monitor)
  • Scripting in Python or Bash/Shell
  • Linux (Red Hat) and Windows Server
  • IT fundamentals: Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS), SSL, network isolation
  • Knowledge of Azure data services: Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Explorer, Event Hubs/Event Grid, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Agile teams

Who you are

  • A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and enjoys digging into root causes
  • An automation mindset: if you do it twice, you script it
  • A strong communicator who builds good relationships with remote teams in France
  • Security-aware, structured and reliable

You’ll work on large-scale Azure and data platforms in an international company, with real ownership of reliability and plenty of scope to automate.
