Site Reliability Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Site Reliability Engineer to join the Cloud Platform team, which empowers DataSnipper’s growth through a secure and scalable enterprise cloud platform. 🚀
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you won’t just maintain systems you’ll architect robust solutions that push the boundaries of cloud infrastructure, automation, and user management.
This is your chance to own critical components at the intersection of cloud engineering, DevOps, and platform reliability - working hand-in-hand with talented cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery, automate complex pipelines, and implement cutting-edge monitoring and scaling strategies.
Why DataSnipper?
Audit and finance are still massively manual — and we’re changing that. DataSnipper is a $1B, bootstrapped unicorn with 600,000+ users across 180+ countries, already embedded in the daily workflows of top audit and accounting firms. Now, we’re taking things further with our Excel Agent — bringing AI directly into where the work actually happens.
Unlike generic AI tools, we don’t sit on the sidelines. Our AI operates inside Excel, with access to real documents and audit evidence — meaning it doesn’t just generate answers, it does the work, with full traceability.
We’re not just applying AI — we’re redefining how audit gets done. If you want to build something category-defining at scale, this is the place.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor, maintain, and improve DataSnipper's cloud infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance
Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures to reduce recurrence
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions
Collaborate with Engineering teams to embed reliability and observability practices into the development lifecycle
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (and Azure), including containerized workloads
Contribute to on-call rotation and incident response processes
Document operational runbooks, incident postmortems, and infrastructure architecture decisions
