Job Description:
We are looking for a SRE Engineer with experience in P1/P2 incident management, DevOps, CI/CD, Java deployment, automation, and reliability. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production stability, troubleshooting critical issues, and supporting application deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and troubleshoot P1/P2 production incidents and drive timely resolution.
- Monitor production applications and perform incident triage and root cause analysis.
- Support Java application deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with DevOps and SRE teams on deployment, monitoring, and production reliability.
- Automate repetitive support and operational tasks to improve efficiency.
- Identify recurring issues and implement solutions to improve system reliability and availability.
- Participate in on-call/production support activities as required.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues.
