Site Reliability Engineer - FinTech - Melbourne

Key responsibilities:
- Improve the stability, performance and resilience of critical platforms
- Work with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and customer experience
- Build automation solutions
- Identify potential issues before they impact customer experience
- Support incident management activities and troubleshoot production issues
- Champion best practices across monitoring, observability and platform operations

What you'll bring;
- Previous experience working in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering
- Strong understanding of AWS & GCP
- Experience automating operational processes and improving platform efficiency
- Ability to diagnose and resolve challenges in production environments
- Experience with Dynatrace or similar observability tools
