Hiring : Mainframe / SRE Production Support Engineer

Experience :

Relevant experience in Mainframe / Production Support / SRE

We are looking for skilled professionals with hands-on experience in Mainframe and Micro Focus application support, production troubleshooting, and infrastructure monitoring.

Key Skills Required :

- Mainframe / Micro Focus Application Support

- COBOL, JCL, EZYTRIEVE or REXX

- Production Support and SRE Experience

- Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace

- Database: Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL (Complex SQL Queries)

- IBM MQ Basic Knowledge

- Schedulers: OPC / TWS

- Version Control: Endeavor / Bitbucket

- Linux Platform Support

- ITIL Processes and Incident Management

- Troubleshooting: TCP Dumps, Heap Dumps, Thread Dumps, CPU/Memory Analysis

- Networking, Load Balancers and Application Firewalls

Good to Have :

- Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot

- SOAP / REST Web Services

- SSL, TLS, Certificate Management and SSH

- High Availability and Business Continuity Concepts

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience working in complex production environments.

- Ability to collaborate with Development, Operations and Product teams.
