About job
You will architect Kubernetes infrastructure, implement enterprise-wide OpenTelemetry observability, define SLO/SLI error budgets, automate CI/CD GitOps pipelines, and design self-healing systems that isolate failures with zero blast radius.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, scale, and optimize enterprise Kubernetes clusters and hybrid cloud infrastructure for mission-critical reliability.
Architect comprehensive observability (metrics, logs, distributed traces) using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Define, monitor, and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs), SLIs, and Error Budget policies across engineering squads.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IaC) and drive continuous delivery via GitOps (ArgoCD).
Eliminate operational toil through automated self-healing, intelligent auto-scaling, and failure recovery scripts.
Conduct chaos engineering experiments and disaster recovery drills to validate fault isolation and resilience.
Lead high-severity incident resolution, coordinate cross-team triage, and publish actionable blameless postmortems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
4–8+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Platform Infrastructure.
Deep mastery of Kubernetes container orchestration, Linux systems engineering, and network architecture.
Strong experience implementing OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing.
Proven track record with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps continuous delivery workflows.
Proficiency in automation scripting using Python, Go, or Bash.
Experience in FinTech, high-concurrency digital banking, or PCI-DSS certified environments
Industry certifications such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), AWS/Azure Solutions Architect.
