About the Role

PZ Cussons is seeking a Site Risk Manager to oversee HSE management systems, compliance, risk control and safety initiatives while supporting a safe and compliant factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and recertification.
• Support implementation of GMP, QMS and Energy Management systems.
• Monitor and report HSE performance indicators to management.
• Coordinate HSE projects and site safety initiatives.
• Ensure fire safety equipment and alarm systems are properly maintained.
• Develop and manage contractor HSE compliance systems.
• Coordinate fire marshals, first aiders, safety and environmental champions.
• Work with Engineering, Maintenance and Emergency Response teams to ensure safe operations.
• Liaise with regulatory and certification bodies to maintain compliance.
• Drive contractor compliance with corporate HSE standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Sciences, Engineering, Risk Management or related field.
• NEBOSH International Certificate in Health & Safety Management.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor training.
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor training.
• Membership of a recognised safety professional body.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role, with management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong HSE leadership, compliance and collaboration skills.
