Site Security Personnel
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of workers, visitors, and vehicles at the construction site.
- Verify workers' identity and ensure only authorised personnel are allowed to enter the site.
- Register visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles in the site logbook.
- Conduct routine patrols around the site to ensure site security and safety.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety concerns, or security incidents to the Site Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in directing visitors and delivery vehicles to the appropriate locations.
- Ensure site gates are secured during non-working hours where applicable.
- Maintain daily attendance and visitor records accurately.
- Assist the Site Supervisor with general site administration and coordination when required.
- Follow all company policies, site rules, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Project Manager or the Site Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Primary or Secondary School education preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, security, or site operations is an advantage but not essential.
- Responsible, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work according to the project schedule, including weekends or public holidays if required.
