Site Superintendent (Architectural)
Summary
Oversee on-site architectural and fit-out work, coordinating contractors and ensuring quality and schedule adherence for building projects in Singapore.
The Site Superintendent (Architectural) is responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager in coordinating with sub-cons and workers over site architectural and fit-out works, ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Coordinate and monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure all inspection activities are carried out in accordance with the inspection & test plan for architectural works.
- Review construction program and method statements related to Architectural Trades.
- Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
- Check drawings for discrepancies and raise RFI’s as necessary.
- Liaise with Archi Coordinators/Consultants on all architectural related issues.

- Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.
- Ability to make fast decisions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Experience: 3 – 5 years of Building and/or civil engineering experience
Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details
Completed at least 1 building project
