Summary
Oversee daily construction activities at multiple sites, coordinate materials, labor, and volunteers, and ensure safety and code compliance while managing home repairs and new builds for a nonprofit housing organization.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Weekend may require
Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Location: Moorestown, NJ with travel between construction sites.
The Construction Site Superintendent leads construction activities on a daily basis under the supervision of the Lead Carpenter/Construction Site Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibility include but not limited to: -
- Assist the Construction department with ordering and arranging for delivery or pickup of building materials to the appropriate construction sites.
- Responsible for on-site coordination of materials, labor, and inspections with construction stages to facilitate the construction and/or revitalization project.
- Responsible for safety compliance with all groups, vendors, volunteers, staff and subcontractors.
- Responsible for conducting daily safety inspections and safety instruction to volunteers and staff.
- Manage, coordinate, and work with Habitat volunteers on different work site locations as needed.
- Work on home repairs. Remodeling and accessibility modifications adhering to local construction standards.
- Supervise partner families on Habitat work site locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners while working on their homes.
- Commute to various Habitat work site locations as necessary.
- Manage and report daily progress through Construction Management software (training will be provided).
- All other duties as assigned by the Lead Carpenter/Construction Site Manager.
