Description
- Supervise, coordinate and monitor the works of tradeworks subcontractor to meet the project schedule and ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings
- Plan, order and monitor the materials on site, control materials wastage and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Ability to interprete drawings
- Manage of foreign workers
- Assign daily tasks to site workers and subcontractors.
- Enforce site safety rules and conduct daily safety toolbox meetings.
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.
- Track daily progress and report delays or issues to project managers.
- Coordinate site materials, equipment, and worker allocation.
