Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising andcoordinating site construction, installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities within process industry facilities. The role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality requirements, and applicable Substandard.
The Site Supervisor will coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and daily work activities while working closely with the Project Manager, Engineers, Client, Operations, Maintenance, QA/QC, and HSE teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate construction and installation activities involving process equipment, piping, mechanical systems, structural works, and related plant services.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required for daily activities.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
  • Coordinate work sequences between different disciplines to avoid delays and site conflicts.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and work briefings with site personnel.

HSE & Permit Compliance

  • Ensure all site activities comply with company HSE policies and applicable statutory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor safe work practices at the worksite.
  • Ensure workers follow Permit-to-Work (PTW), hot-work, work-at-height, lifting, and other applicable safety procedures.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
