Site Supervisor
Summary
Oversee daily construction site operations, supervise subcontractors and workers, and ensure projects meet quality and schedule requirements in civil engineering.
- To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensureinstallation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensurethat works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
