Site Supervisor
Summary
Oversee day-to-day interior fit-out construction in Dubai, coordinating crews, materials, and subcontractors to meet quality, safety, and schedule targets.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with solid experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work quality, and adhering to project timelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision:Manage daily site operations for interior fit-out projects, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP works, and finishing.
- Coordination:Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Drawings & Execution:Interpret and implement drawings, specifications, and design details accurately at the site.
- Quality Control:Monitor work quality and ensure execution is in line with company standards and project specifications.
- Site Progress Monitoring:Track progress and update the project team with regular site reports, including photographs, milestones, and pending work.
- Resource Management:Supervise site labour force, allocate manpower effectively, and ensure optimal productivity.
- Health & Safety:Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe work environment at the site.
- Problem Solving:Identify issues at the site proactively and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them without delays.
- Client & Consultant Coordination:Attend site meetings, handle client instructions/inspections, and manage minor site modifications.
Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven UAE experience in interior fit-out (residential, commercial, or retail).
Strong understanding of fit-out works, finishing materials, and basic MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple sites if required.
UAE driving license is preferred and will be an advantage.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages (Hindi/Arabic) is a plus.
