Site Supervisor
Summary
Oversee civil and painting work crews in Dubai, ensuring proper surface prep, material use, and quality standards while coordinating daily operations and reporting progress.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of civil and painting works
Allocate work to labour and ensure proper surface prep & finish
Monitor material use and request timely supplies
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Ensure work is completed as per drawing/specification
Prepare daily site reports and maintain attendance
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Civil/Painting works
Minimum 7-8 years of experience.
Experience in wall finishing, emulsion, epoxy & decorative paint
Strong team coordination and ability to handle multiple sites
Middle East experience is a must
