Site Supervisor (Civil) - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience of site supervision in construction site is preferred.
Job Description:
- Taking detail measurement & snaps from the project site
- Drafting measurement layout
- Designing the false ceiling, electrical flooring plans, elevation & sketch details, 3D perspective views
- Supervise the work being carried out at the site
- Visiting client premises to check the finishing & quality of the interior works
- Preparing BOQ
- Regularly meeting clients throughout the project
- Raise a running bill
- Keeping client updated via email & meetings
- Raised final bill after certification of measurement
- Any other duties and assignments as may be given from time to time.
