Duties:
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with main contractors, stakeholders, and the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce SOPs and ISO compliance to maintain work quality, safety standards, and reduce rectification costs.
- Supervise daily operations, assign tasks to foremen and workers, and conduct toolbox meetings.
- Ensure legal, safety, and training requirements are met, including risk assessments, inspections, permit-to-work systems, and incident investigations.
- Submit rectification reports and monthly repair cost updates to AOM.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while fostering a positive, motivated, and innovative team culture.
- Oversee batching plant operations, ensuring accurate chemical dosing, proper equipment maintenance, and quality concrete output.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the AOM.
Requirements:
- Class 3 License
- Prior related working experience
