Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations.
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Ensure work complies with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Report site progress, issues, and manpower requirements to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain proper site records and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of construction site supervisory experience.
- Experience in building, civil engineering, or piling projects is an advantage.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and WSH requirements.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
