Site Supervisor cum Foreman

Job Description:

Supervise daily construction site activities.

Lead and coordinate workers to complete assigned tasks.

Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Coordinate with the Project Manager and subcontractors.

Maintain daily site records and reports.

Requirements:

No formal education required.

Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site experience.

Able to supervise and lead a team of workers.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work on site.
