Site Supervisor
Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing M&E construction works on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Salary: SGD 2,500 – 4,000 + meal and transport allowances (variable)
Location: Tampines Industrial
Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8am–6pm, Friday 8am–5pm (5-day week)
Key responsibilities
Supervise construction site activities in accordance with health and safety guidelines; assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme
Work closely with the site foreman on the organisation of construction works and report progress to the Project Manager
Coordinate and manage building construction M&E site works
Ensure all M&E works are completed on time and in compliance with applicable standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and regulatory compliance on site
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, P&IDs, BQs, and isometric sketches
Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned
About you
Minimum 1 year of experience in the semiconductor or construction industry preferred
BCSS Certificate preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality
Good written and verbal communication skills
