Responsibilities
- Direct and organize daily construction tasks within the site environment.
- Assign duties to employees, skilled tradespeople, and external subcontractors.

- Evaluate the quality of workmanship, materials, and overall construction standards.
- Uphold all health and safety protocols alongside site-specific regulations.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to facilitate coordination.
- Document daily progress and communicate site updates to senior management.
- Detect and address challenges or issues arising during the construction process.
- Ensure tools and equipment are utilized correctly, stored properly, and maintained regularly.
- Oversee material and resource usage to reduce waste and prevent project delays.
- Perform site inspections to confirm that finished work adheres to required quality benchmarks.
