Site Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Monitor site progress, manpower and work quality.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project requirements and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist in planning site activities and maintaining project schedules.
- Prepare site reports and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Construction, Engineering, M&E, ELV, ICT Infrastructure or related industries.
- Experience in Security Systems, Structured Cabling or Data Centre projects will be an added advantage.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is an added advantage.
