Site Supervisor
Summary
Oversee daily ceiling and partition installation at renovation sites, coordinate teams and materials, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
📢 JOB VACANCY: SITE SUPERVISOR
Company Industry: Ceiling & Partition Works (Renovation Work)
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,800 per month
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily ceiling and partition installation works at project sites.
- Plan work schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
- Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site measurements and assist with material quantity calculations.
- Provide regular progress updates.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Maintain proper site records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure workers comply with workplace safety requirements and site regulations.
- Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in site coordination, preferably within ceiling, partition, renovation, or construction works.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage workers and coordinate effectively with different parties.
- Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel to different project sites when required.
