Description
Position : Construction Supervisor
- Liaise with drafter / project manager / maincon to ensure installation / fabrication is carried out as per construction drawings .
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed
- Analyzing drawing to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and installation specifications.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
- Carry out toolbox meeting and workplace safety health in accordance with standard
- Control material usage
- Guideand training new or refreshment workers
Job Requirements
- Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
- BCA Core Trade Supervisor Cert (Structural Steel Trade) (If any)
- Lifting Supervisor , Safety Coordinator or Class 3 Driving Licences (If any)
- Team Player
- Able to work fast track / Independent
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Attend the site mass tool-box meeting
