The hours are Monday-Friday 3:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of custodial staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Oversee the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning procedures.
- Train new custodial staff on best practices in cleaning techniques and equipment use.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices including commercial and industrial cleaning techniques.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in various environments including residential settings.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with staff and building occupants.
