They act as the main link between on-site workers andproject managers, overseeing daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, andstrictly enforcing health and safety protocols.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the entire work site. Ensure all tasks follow design plans and quality standards.
- Enforcing Site Safety: "Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, Hold safety meetings and make sure workers wear proper gear.
- Coordinating Workers: Guide and assign tasks to construction teams and subcontractors. Keep everyone on schedule.
- Controlling Logistics: Ensure materials and equipment are on site when needed.
