A site supervisor manages day-to-dayconstruction activities to ensure the project finishes on time, within budget,and to safety standards. They act as the main link between on-site workers andproject managers, overseeing daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, andstrictly enforcing health and safety protocols.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the entire work site. Ensure all tasks follow design plans and quality standards.
  • Enforcing Site Safety: "Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, Hold safety meetings and make sure workers wear proper gear.
  • Coordinating Workers: Guide and assign tasks to construction teams and subcontractors. Keep everyone on schedule.
  • Controlling Logistics: Ensure materials and equipment are on site when needed.
  • Updating Project Managers: Track attendance, track inventory, and send regular reports on the project's progress to management.
