Site Supervisor (Rebar Supervisor)

Job Summary

Lead and supervise a rebar works team, coordinating daily manpower, work orders, and cross-trade collaboration to ensure safe, efficient construction operations under varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20 or more workers to achieve daily rebar work targets.
• Arrange daily manpower deployment to optimize workforce efficiency.
• Assign daily work orders to individual teams with clear quantity targets.
• Interpret construction drawings and utilize AutoCAD software to guide work execution.
• Coordinate daily with internal trades such as formworks and concrete teams to synchronize activities.
• Liaise daily with the main contractor and other subcontractors to resolve technical issues and align work scopes.
• Provide full-time supervision to ensure all team members work safely and comply with safety procedures.
• Enforce adherence to Safe Working Procedures and promptly rectify any non-compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily records of work progress and manpower.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including carrying heavy construction materials as required.
• Work effectively under hot outdoor conditions to maintain project timelines.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in rebar works.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and AutoCAD software.
