Job Summary
Lead and manage electronic and electrical system projects from inspection to commissioning, ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and team performance in alignment with client standards and project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, testing, and commissioning of electronic and electrical systems to ensure operational readiness and compliance
- Lead assigned projects end-to-end, maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation
- Collaborate closely with business partners to resolve project issues and conduct reviews for continuous improvement
- Oversee pilot runs for assigned projects to ensure smooth call service operations
- Manage daily deployment of technicians’ job scopes, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate and ensure servicing and maintenance schedules are executed smoothly according to client standards
- Compile and communicate monthly maintenance schedules to clients and technicians for transparency and planning
- Monitor system and equipment failures, lead rectification activities, and provide progressive updates to clients
- Liaise with technicians to support breakdown and defect rectification efforts promptly
- Conduct inspections of new or modified products from project teams before handover to maintenance teams
- Compile incident reports and ensure proper fault follow-ups and remedies are implemented
- Issue clear written and oral instructions, and review work for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance
- Standardize procedures to improve worker efficiency and assist employees in resolving work process issues
- Develop and monitor an annual operations budget for controllable expenses to ensure financial discipline
- Plan, organize, and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Lead and supervise teams across normal and shift operations, ensuring effective coordination and performance
- Supervise and coordinate ad-hoc assignments to meet operational demands
- Generate daily operation reports and support staff in day-to-day operational activities
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential issues and safety concerns, reporting findings to management
