Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

· Co-ordinate and supervise Chinese, Indian & Bangladesh site workersand subcontractors.

· Excellent structure construction skills, rebar work skill or formworkskill as a rebar supervisor or formwork supervisor.

· Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.

· Able to understand structural drawings and Calculation of SiteMaterials

· Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.

· To work closely with other site operations staff and in-house workers.

· Manage issues on site and resolve them

· Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work

· Attend to Site Meetings

· Compliance to safe work procedures

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· At least 5 years’ supervisor experience in Structure Construction isrequired

· Have good interpersonal, communication and people management skills

· Good communicative skills, able to communicate with people of alllevels (Chinese, Indian & Bangladeshi Workers and management team)

· Must possess Certificates of Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course or/and Formwork Safety Course for Supervisors.
