Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are a Singaporean construction company looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our project team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily on-siteoperations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and accordingto technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· On-SiteSupervision: Oversee allarchitectural and structural works on-site to ensure they comply with approveddrawings and quality standards.

· ProgressMonitoring: Monitor daily workprogress and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timelycompletion of project milestones.

· SafetyCompliance: Enforce WorkplaceSafety and Health (WSH) regulations and ensure all workers adhere to safetyprotocols to maintain a zero-accident environment.

· QualityControl: Conduct regular siteinspections and coordinate with Resident Technical Officers (RTO) orConsultants for site inspections.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate daily site diaries,progress reports, and manpower records.

· ProblemSolving: Identify potentialtechnical issues or site constraints early and propose practical solutions tothe Project Manager.

· Material Management: Manage the delivery,storage, and usage of construction materials on-site to minimize wastage.
